Wild food offers catering for small parties up to 60 people. I like to work with clients to create inspired menus that really work with the season, locality and availability. I value using what foods are at their peak, abundant and asking to be eaten, and strive to bring about the change within the food industry that avoids the waste of resources. This means that creating menus is flexible and exciting – my cooking thrives off of not knowing what exactly will be harvested from the farms or the wilderness and it fosters wonderful and wild new creations.
I work with clients to create menus according to their specific dietary requirements and preferences, and create new dishes each time working with seasonality and locality to create inspired home cooked meals.
I am also a certified holistic nutritionist. If you have specific illnesses or health issues that need to be addressed, nutrition consultations are provided prior to creating menus.
