Connecting people with the land is at the core of my values. Foraging classes offers a place for people to do so, through learning about the edible landscape around us, land stewardship and cooking. During the classes, we explore the bay area wilderness, identify dozens of edible plants and fungi and collect seasonal goodies. At the end of the excursion we learn how to cook some of the foraged ingredients, and each participant will go home with some wild treats.
