Hey neighbors and community members.
I am a Fairfax native, and am feeling ever so grateful to be a part of the Fairfax community during this challenging time, where there still seems to be a sense of strong togetherness, even during isolation. I’ve been so warmed to see people come together and help those in need, and so I’m here to offer what I have to the community, which is delicious, nourishing and healthful food for those who are unable to leave their homes.
Firstly – HEALTH AND SAFETY IN FOOD PRODUCTION – is of utmost importance that we all understand this and take appropriate precautions. My kitchen operation will be highly cautious, and using gloves and regular disinfectant. It is also important to realize that corona is not known to be a food-borne virus, please see more information here: https://www.fda.gov/food/food-safety-during-emergencies/food-safety-and-coronavirus-disease-2019-covid-19.
I will be offering two different meal options on: Tuesdays and Fridays and delivering to Fairfax & San Anselmo only (at least to start!)
All food will be organic and not very meat or carbohydrate heavy. (see menus below…)
I would like this to be a minimal waste program, so there will be a porch drop system, where if you sign up more than once, we can continue to use the same (sterilized) containers. First time you order, you will pay for the containers, and if you order again, we will just swap out the containers for you and re-use.

Wednesday April 1st:
1. Bahn Mi Bowls ~ Devil’s gulch pork bahn mi, aromatic jasmine rice, pickled vegetables, cilantro & mint ~ Pint: $10 / Quart $18
2. Stinging nettle vichyssoise ~ Wild harvested stinging nettle (very good for immunity!), caramelized onion, potato, garlic ~ Pint: $8 / Quart $15
Friday April 3rd:
1. Gospel flat beet borscht ~ with caramelized onion, Stemple Creek beef bone broth, little farm potatoes ~ Pint $9 / Quart $16
2. Braised duck leg & farro ~ Mary’s duck leg, Full Belly farro, winter squash, fennel, leek, radicchio & basil ~ Pint $12 / Quart $20
